1. Scope

This Policy applies to CalliMate clients and related legal, account, feedback, promotion, analytics, advertising, and support services.

2. Information We Process

Depending on the platform and features you use, we may process account information, app and device information, installation ID, network status, calligraphy content browsing and practice settings, favorites, feedback text, contact details, selected screenshots or attachments, legal document metadata, analytics events, crash diagnostics, and advertising or promotion interaction data.

3. Permissions

Android may use network, network-state, notification, and legacy storage permissions for online content, feedback attachments, saved images, notifications, and channel services. iOS may use photo-library add permission and the system photo picker for saving or selecting images. HarmonyOS may use network, app-tracking/OAID consent, AdsKit, photo picker, sharing, and backup-related system capabilities depending on feature usage. Each platform permission is used only for the related feature.

4. Third-Party Services

CalliMate may use Umeng analytics in domestic channels, Pangle advertising in domestic advertising channels (including mediation capabilities where configured), Google Mobile Ads/AdMob in Google Play or overseas channels, Apple or operating-system sharing/photo services, HarmonyOS AdsKit/OAID, and a first-party promotion center. These services may process device/app information, Android ID, OAID/GUID, MAC address or network-device information where technically available and legally permitted, network status, IP address, carrier/network type, channel, advertising identifiers where authorized, analytics events, ad impressions, clicks, redirects, and anti-fraud signals.

5. Use, Sharing, and Retention

We use information to provide calligraphy learning features, accounts, feedback, legal notices, diagnostics, analytics, advertising, security, and compliance. We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers, platform providers, legal authorities, or other parties with your consent or as required by law.

6. Your Rights

You can manage app permissions through the operating system and contact woolmate.dev@gmail.com to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for personal information where supported by law and product capability.
