This English version is provided for convenience. If this version differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CalliMate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Service Description

CalliMate provides calligraphy learning, copybook browsing, calligrapher and stele content, offline content display, search, favorites, settings, WebView pages, account, feedback, system sharing, WeChat/Weibo/DingTalk sharing, advertising, app promotion, and related support features. Specific features may vary by app version, platform, permissions, network status, and third-party service availability.

3. Account

Some features may require an account. You must provide accurate information where required and keep verification credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account unless caused by our fault or legal exceptions.

4. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for any text, images, feedback, screenshots, attachments, shared content, search content, favorites, or practice materials that you submit, select, upload, save, or share. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, fraudulent, malicious, or inappropriate content, or interfere with the service or other users.

5. Intellectual Property

Software, interface design, brand elements, text, data, and service materials are protected by law. Calligraphy works, fonts, copybooks, and related content may belong to us or third-party rights holders. You may use them only within the product features and applicable authorization.

6. Third-Party Services

Payment, advertising, analytics, feedback, platform distribution, WeChat, Weibo, DingTalk, system sharing, app store, or other third-party services may be governed by their own rules. You should read and follow the applicable third-party terms. Third-party service changes, failures, system restrictions, or permission settings may affect feature availability.

7. Changes and Termination

We may update features, suspend risky access, or terminate service where necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, or product adjustment. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that all content will meet every learning goal or remain permanently available.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is processed according to the CalliMate Privacy Policy published by the WoolMate Legal Center.
