Light Schedule Privacy Policy

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to Light Schedule clients and related schedule, memo, reminder, feedback, analytics, crash diagnostics, advertising, promotion, legal, and support services.

Light Schedule for Android is built with separate channel shells. The domestic package (cn) is used for domestic app stores. The overseas or Google-service-related package (play) is physically separate from the domestic package and is not distributed as the domestic app-store package. SDKs, ads, and platform services may vary by package and channel.

You may choose Basic Service first. In Basic Service mode, the app does not collect analytics/advertising data, request ads, enable personalized recommendations, or report to our first-party promotion center, while local schedule, calendar, and memo features remain available. Full services such as analytics diagnostics, ads/promotion, feedback submission, and reminder restoration require your agreement to this Policy.

2. Information We Process

Depending on platform and features, we may process schedule and memo data, reminder settings, calendar display settings, holiday/calendar configuration, feedback text and selected attachments, app/device information, installation ID, network status, legal document metadata, analytics events, crash diagnostics, advertising events, and first-party promotion interactions. Advertising and first-party promotions may include personalized recommendations based on device/app information, network status, ad impression/click/close events, installation ID, language, version, and channel information for frequency control, measurement, anti-fraud, and recommendation purposes.

3. Permissions

Android may use network, network-state, Wi-Fi-state, notification, exact-alarm or alarms/reminders, boot-completed, vibration, wake-lock, and system photo-picker capabilities for feedback, reminders, restart recovery, and channel services. Some domestic advertising or device-identifier components may declare network-change, Wi-Fi-change, or OAID-related permissions; the core app does not actively change the user's network settings. Boot-completed handling is enabled only while you have valid schedule/alarm reminders, so the app can restore reminders after device restart, and is disabled when no valid reminders remain. If exact reminders are not allowed by the system, the app may fall back to approximate reminders that can be delayed by the system. iOS may use local notifications, network access, the system photo picker, and advertising-related system capabilities. HarmonyOS may use network, reminder, notification, photo picker, app-tracking/OAID consent, AdsKit, backup, and related system capabilities. Permissions are used only for the related feature.

4. Third-Party Services

Light Schedule may use Umeng analytics, Pangle advertising on Android or domestic channels, GroMore/Pangle on iOS mainland China channels, HarmonyOS AdsKit/OAID, and a first-party promotion center. Except for necessary SDK pre-initialization that does not collect or report personal information, third-party SDK data collection, formal initialization, ad requests, or reporting occur only after privacy consent and when the relevant feature or ad configuration is enabled. Firebase Crashlytics and Google Mobile Ads/AdMob are actively configured and enabled only in overseas or Google-service-related builds. Domestic Android app-store packages (cn) do not configure, initialize, collect, report, or request ads through those services. These services may process device/app information, Android ID, OAID/GUID, MAC address or network-device information where technically available and legally permitted, network status, IP address, carrier/network type, identifiers where authorized, analytics events, crash logs, ad impressions, clicks, redirects, and anti-fraud signals.

5. Personalized Recommendations and How to Turn Them Off

Schedule reminder notifications are triggered only after you create or enable a valid schedule/alarm reminder, and are used to remind you at the time you set. Ads or first-party promotions may include personalized recommendation content. You can limit or turn off personalized ad recommendations in the app under Settings - Limit personalized ads. You can stop reminder notifications by deleting the schedule, disabling the corresponding reminder, disabling all valid reminders, or turning off Light Schedule notifications in the system notification settings.

6. Your Rights

You can manage app permissions through the operating system and contact woolmate.dev@gmail.com to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for personal information where supported by law and product capability.
