1. Scope

This Policy applies to WoolMate clients and related product search, offer, local-life, account, feedback, legal, analytics, advertising, sharing, and support services.

2. Information We Process

Depending on the platform and features you use, we may process account and profile information, app and device information, installation ID, network status, app version and channel, search and browsing records, coupon or offer interactions, third-party redirect records, location information where you grant permission for nearby or local-life features, feedback text and selected attachments, legal document metadata, analytics events, crash diagnostics, advertising events, and sharing output.

3. Permissions

WoolMate may use network, network-state, location, notification, photos or storage, camera or system photo picker, clipboard write/read where the platform requires it, app-tracking or advertising identifier consent, and sharing capabilities depending on platform and feature. If you deny a permission, the related feature may be unavailable while other features usually continue to work.

4. Third-Party Services

WoolMate may connect to shopping, coupon, and local-life services such as Taobao, JD, Meituan, analytics and crash-reporting services such as Umeng or Firebase where configured, advertising services such as Pangle, Google Mobile Ads/AdMob, or HarmonyOS AdsKit where configured, account and feedback services, map or location services, and operating-system sharing/browser services. These services may process device/app information, Android ID, OAID/GUID, MAC address or network-device information where technically available and legally permitted, network status, IP address, carrier/network type, identifiers where authorized, analytics events, crash logs, ad impressions, clicks, redirects, location information you authorize, and anti-fraud signals. Third-party services process data according to their own rules and only for the related feature.

5. Use, Sharing, and Retention

We use information to provide search, offers, redirects, location-based features, account services, feedback, legal notices, diagnostics, analytics, advertising, security, and compliance. We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers, platform providers, legal authorities, or other parties with your consent or as required by law.

6. Your Rights

You can manage app permissions through the operating system and contact woolmate.dev@gmail.com to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for personal information where supported by law and product capability.
