WoolMate Terms of Service

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Acceptance

By installing, opening, accessing, or using WoolMate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the WoolMate Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Services

WoolMate may provide product search, offer browsing, coupon or local-life information, third-party redirects, account, feedback, sharing, legal notices, diagnostics, advertising, and related support services. Features may vary by platform, region, channel, version, device, and third-party availability.

3. User Responsibilities

You must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party service terms. You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape or abuse interfaces, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, submit unlawful feedback content, or use redirects, coupons, or local-life information for illegal or infringing activities.

4. Third-Party Services

WoolMate may display or redirect to third-party shopping, coupon, local-life, browser, payment, analytics, advertising, account, or feedback services. Transactions, purchases, refunds, after-sales service, content accuracy, and availability provided by third parties are governed by their own rules unless otherwise required by law.

5. Privacy and Permissions

We process personal information according to the WoolMate Privacy Policy. Some features require system permissions such as network, location, notification, photos/storage, camera, clipboard, tracking/advertising identifier, or sharing capabilities. You can manage permissions through the operating system.

6. Intellectual Property

The software, interface, text, images, logos, code, technical solutions, and related intellectual property belong to us or lawful right holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, sell, reverse engineer, or use them commercially without permission except where law allows.

7. Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or terminate features because of product planning, system compatibility, third-party service changes, compliance requirements, maintenance, or force majeure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by your misuse, device or network failures, third-party services, force majeure, or reasons not attributable to us.
